Abstract

This paper examines the use of connectivity technologies among 80 small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the North East of England. The paper demonstrates that translation of connectivity technologies into e-flexible working practices is highly dependent on the firm's organisational structure and managerial capacity. © Blackwell Publishing Ltd 2005.
