NotesBoulton the lead author. A long conference paper delivered at the Royal Flemish Academy, Brussels, 6-7 September 2010 at invitation from the organisers. The organisers claimed the proceedings would be published early in 2011. However, one of the editors is the same person who has been involved in two delayed publications in my current list, so I am not as optimistic as he is about the proposed publication date.
