| This aim of this study has been to assist the Regional Skills Partnership (RSP) in achieving a more aligned and coordinated engagement with employers, by contributing to current levels of understanding of the roles of employer representative groups with the North East region. In so doing, the research connects with both national and regional drives towards a more demand led system of skills and training provision which requires a better recognition and articulation of skills need from employers. |
