Abstract

Tuning-in op.2 represents the last movement of 'The Venice Oratory', a work which has been written and conceived by Foreign Investment. It is a polyphonic composition in which short exerpts, read by tenants from Liverpool are introduced, developed rhythmically and woven into a fuge for ghetto blasters, megaphones and dictaphones.
