Paper presenting a recently completed photographic project at the GNM: Hancock. The project recorded the refurbishment and installation of artefacts at the newly rebuild museum creating an archive of over 3000 digital images for the museum. The paper also presented the outline of a new research projected concerned with exploring the creative and pedagogic potential of wonder in the production and presentation of fine art and within contemporary museum display.
