Abstract

N,N′-Bis(4-trifluromethylbenzyliden)ethylenediamine is a versatile bidentate ligand that forms complexes with a largenumber of transition metal ions. In this research a [CuL(PPh3)Cl] complex have been synthesized and characterized bysingle crystal X-ray. The solid-state structure consists of a distorted tetrahedron geometry around the copper. 2007 © The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry.
