Abstract

© 1999-2012 IEEE. Cities are growing rapidly, requiring effective plans for natural disasters and other vulnerabilities. Urban risk analytics can play a significant role in enabling dynamic and timely decision-making for risk management in cities. The authors' cloud-based general framework facilitates effective urban risk analytics over big city data.
