Abstract

Foreign Investment was invited by the Bluecoat Art Centre to develop a time based art performance that focussed on the numerous building sites in the city centre of Liverpool. Foreign Investment developed a new sound piece, working in collaboration with street musicians and the noise of the surrounding building sites.
