Modesty or overconfience: On the attitude of Chinese indigenous management research (谦虚谨慎或者骄傲自负: 中国本土管理研究的心态问题)

Abstract

关于中国本土管理研究的心态问题,阐述3个观点:中西方主流的思维方式不是替代或从属的而是互补的关系,因此无所谓孰优孰劣;易经阴阳等辩证思想并非中国独有,赫拉克利特和黑格尔也有类似思想,黑格尔辩证法的扬弃过程在结构上与阴阳变易几乎毫无二致,都是四元结构而非“正-反-合”三元结构;西方思想界从古至今一直存在着两个思维传统,即作为主流的逻辑传统和作为支流的辩证传统,而在中国思想的发展史上,虽然逻辑思维也曾昙花一现,但基本上只有辩证思维这一个传统.由此,那种认为中国传统哲学因其所具备的辩证性足可使中国本土管理研究后来居上的论调是不切实际也不合时宜的.用初具雏形的管理悖论的哥本哈根诠释为例反证了以上观点.
