Abstract

This article, which appeared in the peer reviewed German Journal of Political Science, is a criticism of the neo-realist construction of realism and its ostensive assumptions on international conflict and anarchy. It argues that neo-realism is less a theory, but rather in ideology in International Relations Theory.
