Dr Avtar Singh's Competition Law has been thoroughly revised by Dr Neha Vyas and is a timely addition to the competition law and policy scholarship considering the recent major amendments and changes in the law. This edition encapsulates all the statutory amendments and the case law. All the redundant provisions have been removed to reflect the current position of the law and the changes in the last decade. The material has also been reorganised for better reading and understanding. The Competition (Amendment) Bill, 2022 received the Presidential assent on 11 April 2023 which significantly amended the substantive as well as procedural provisions to standardise competition law as per international norms.
