Abstract

This post will demonstrate that there is a need to revise the Artificial Intelligence Act to bring it into compliance with the prohibition of discrimination in numerous international human rights treaties. It urges the EU Member States and policymakers to examine the draft Artificial Intelligence Act for compliance with international human rights law treaties before it becomes law.
