Notes: It was first performed at the Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, New York in 1996, performed by Vaganza of Newcastle in 1997, and then revived by its commissioners as part of Music in a Summer Garden, also in New York, in 2001. The publication details given refer to first public performance. The revised version was performed on 22 November 2005 at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, New York, by New Juilliard Ensemble conducted by Joel Sachs. This revised version was performed by Northern Sinfonia conducted by Baldur Brönimann at The Sage Gateshead on 15 November 2006. Printed publication agreed by contract with Tritó of Barcelona, who are already handling the material hire.
