Abstract

A mediation service for monitoring terms of service can facilitate collaboration in virtual organizations (VO) by ensuring secure, private access to service resources. VO is expected to increasingly encourage strategic alliance among groups of organizations that share services to satisfy mutual business goals. The business process relationships require protected trust management procedure for 'terms and conditions' and rules that govern a conventional business partnership laid down in a paper based contract. Service consumers will need complementary assurances known as 'terms and conditions monitoring and enforcement', and it also express what operations or actions the business partner is permitted to perform.
